Designed to support uninterrupted management and field coordination during emergencies, the campus combines an operations room, briefing area, communications units, technical rooms and vehicle support. Protected links, accessible entrances and separation of generator-service zones from user areas improve safety. Factory-built modules reduce site time and allow controlled commissioning of infrastructure.

At project scale, modules are not merely placed side by side. User flow, service access, outdoor areas, technical zones and future growth are coordinated in one site plan. Factory production shortens site work while allowing details to be repeated in a controlled environment.
