Gebze Technology Park Construction Campus

Planned for site management and staff accommodation during a large technology-park development, this campus connects offices, dormitories, cafeteria and service units along a covered pedestrian spine. Two-storey modular blocks can enter service in phases as the site grows. Heavy-duty finishes, accessible service routes and controlled separation of vehicles and pedestrians improve operational efficiency.

At project scale, modules are not merely placed side by side. User flow, service access, outdoor areas, technical zones and future growth are coordinated in one site plan. Factory production shortens site work while allowing details to be repeated in a controlled environment.
